We provide a 3 year ministry development program for newly ordained ministers to support & develop them in their ministry.
The MT&D program has been valuable in the way it has enabled my peers and I to think well together on our stage in full-time ministry. Rather than being isolated within our own ministries, MT&D has provided us with training material as a peer group to be more effective ministers of the gospel of the Lord Jesus.
