Who we are

Our Mission Statement
Ministry Training & Development exists to help multiply the number of well-trained persons (be they ordained, lay, full-time, part-time and voluntary) who are lovingly dedicated to the creation and development of ministries be they parishes, congregations and fellowships by proclaiming the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

MD Program 2016
Most of our training days will take place at Golden Grove in Newtown and each of our three year groups will have ten days in total for the program, seven full days and a three day live-in conference at Port Hacking in August.  For program information, registration and payment CLICK HERE. 

MT&D Council
Meetings are held on Level 2, Talbot Room of St Andrew's House from 4pm.
2016 Meeting Dates - 16 March, 11 May, 13 July, 21 September and 16 November.

Monday, 15 August 2016 at St Andrew's Cathedral with our guest speaker, Don Carson.  Registration and more details will be available soon.  

Monday, 15 August to Wednesday 17 August 2016.   The first day of the conference is incorporated in the Ministry Intensive and held at St Andrew's Cathedral.  At the completion of the Ministry Intensive, delegates either organise car-pooling amongst themselves or make their own way to the YouthWorks Port Hacking camp-site for the second and third days of the conference. All those in the MD Program need to register their attendance.  A link will be available soon. 

MINISTRY Marriage Retreat
Jim & Lesley Ramsay will be presenting the MINISTRY Marriage Retreat in 2016.  We will open registrations when we have secured a venue and hotel accommodation.  More information can be found by hovering over 'Marriage Courses' on the menu bar and click on the drop down Marriage Retreat.

Prepare & Enrich
Mark Charleston presented the Prepare Enrich course on Wednesday 10 June 2015. date and registrations for 2016 will be advised as soon as they become available
